LMNX opened with an UG & was up 14.62% at its intraday H. It still is up 9.49% on volume of 483,578 which is close to 2x its ADV.

It announced today that it will host Planet xMAP USA 2008, the annual North American multiplexing technology symposium, on March 3-5, in Boston.

This 5th annual symposium will bring together scientists working on its xMAP technology platform.

The keynote presentations will be from Dr. Kathi Kellar of the CDC & microRNA pioneer Dr. Carlo Croce from Ohio State Univ.

LMNX traded for a while above its Jan 24 H of $18.45 It has 4Qs of double digit improvements on revenues & the EE for 2008 are around $0.10/shr vs the loss of $0.08/shr in 2007. For 2009 a further improvement to $0.30/shr is expected.

On Jan 3 it announced that it had received 510(k) clearance from the FDA for its xTAG Respiratory Viral Panel, which can simultaneously detect 12 viruses and viral subtypes responsible for more than 85% of respiratory viral infections.

LMNX doesn't have significant LTD, it trads around 11xBV; has +CF; the sort ratio went up about 3% in the last month & still is around 16x its ADV.

It seems that on a close above $20 the momentum could take it to test the resistance at the $30 level.<g>
