Agreed, but it's the way they go about it that's troubling.
They exploit the little guy coming and going and use every trick they can to trap them with an ever-changing bag of tricks, policies and fine print. They are well aware most people whom they issued a card to are not in a position to pay-off the card on demand.

Then they get a bailout when they screw-up and J6P pays again?
