Bill: Regarding gift vs income. I'm afraid that question cannot be answered by any of us mere mortals. We'll need to contact our CFO (currently, that's nobody). So, please enjoy the Mercedes, but bear with us as we work out these minor details. Hmmm ... I wonder why none of the rest of the VP's had the same question? Come to think of it, I better check into my current copy of TurboTax to see if this issue is discussed. This could have severe ramifications at tax time. Gotta' go. The phone is ringing off the wall this morning. The press release that was mistakenly released early regarding the IPO has certainly raised awareness of our company. And, I keep getting calls from this guy named Bill Gates. Sure wish I could remember where I heard that name before. Maybe he's an old high school buddy trying to get in on the IPO. Not sure, though.
