as I often said this is all tentative, maybe etc. But:

A $3.60 price is evidently the worst case, and a very pessimistic assumption.
Yet, in the semi area where people usually refuse to overpay and which traditionally sports low multiples people use their brains and abacuses; this is bare bones stuff where marketing geniuses are unwanted persons, I think.

It is unlikely that it gets bought out at $15 or even $10.

It is the significant short interest of 12MM shares which supported the stock price at 7. Once this buying interest is satisfied it could go down a bit more.

The interesting thing is that the stock didnt even try to bounce yet. Perhaps, buyout rumours are planted to engineer such a bounce.
