Hi Henry,

OFF TOPIC BLASPHEMY ON THE WEEKEND - CAUTION FA FOLLOWS:

Cnbc had Bill Seidman on this week - he's the banker that said it like it was during the RTC financial debacle that very much parrallels these sub prime debacle of current events.

He sai that in 1-3 weeks all of the banks will have to issue the annual reports for 2007.

Within these reports the big accounting firms have to make their opinions of the books/assets of the banks.

Since Enron and the Artur Anderson accounting demise - these have gained in importance.

Seidman was not opinioned as to wether they will be good or bad ,but he did think it would clear up many questions.

It may well be time for a final retest and a strong up that will drive a record high level of short covering. If we are in the beginning of your 5W up.better volume ashould accompany it.

In between I'm watching tech for positive divergences as new price lows are put in.
