Smars4444, form 4's you're referencing are option grants to Bennett and Eaton not exercise.

These option grants are relatively large but the underlying option strike price is pretty high imo ($0.72). These options grants are very reasonable unlike so many BB listed companies that fleece the common holders. They must now execute their vision to have those options worth significantly more.

IMO, 14-c filing shows the company is getting their ducks in order before proceeding forward. Beefing up their technology staff and the board with impeccable credentials is impressive. Increasing authorized shares was expected as they will require capital for the foreseeable future. BTW, I like the new name change as it reflects the future path of TDON.

The house is now in complete order with the strong tech staff, heavy hitter board of directors, IR group and adding of recent consultant to guide their commercialization path and progress. H. Bennett has finished infrastructure necessary to move TDON from developmental to commercialization. Bennett has strong vision for this company as evidenced by his recent actions. He's not a typical BB ceo.

PRs going forward should be significant for us shareholders as they revolve around testing, prototype or developmental alliance.
