Something I've been meaning to ask about for a long time... You count the Oct-Nov decline as 1 down...That would have to be an impulse and have to have 5 waves...Because of an overlap, I have never been able to count that move as a 5-waver impulse.. ..And IF it isn't, your count would not be possible ????
