guess the media believes, because he speaks more "eloquently than Bush, he is somehow an orator. Sadly, many of Obama's rich, white, and/or liberal supporters are nothing than closet racists, imo. They are all gaga over Obama's "oratory" precisely because of his race, despite the fact that Biden got into trouble for that very thing. As is often the case, the people who most pretend to colorblindness are the most race conscious of all. It really is a shame because the right candidate "of color" would be a milestone in the WH. Goosing a guy without credentials to greatness does nothing to further anyone's cause.
