People aren't as stupid as you seem to think they are. It is a given that the republican party will be doing everything possible to curtail the black vote, just like they did last time. (for example in Ohio only delegating a few machines so that people in black districts had to wait on line for hours and hours to vote) Who was the secretary of state who was responsible for that? A republican. Ain't going to be so bad this time as Ohio now has a democratic secretary of state who is actually interested in letting people vote.
