I wonder if this kind of improvement in oxide engineering... and its possible impact on 3D (FeFET) or 1T FRAM... had anything to do with Bennett's comments on scaling F-RAM to <90nm: arxiv.org Message 24232926 Perhaps we'll hear more about 3D/FeFET related research before the end of the year. 0\|0
