Trader, not familar with Westaim, yes I usually try to get shareholder info as its usually the only way for a small investor to get a feel for mangament, I also like to try and get 3 or 4 quarterlies and go through them to see what they said in the past and how they did... Dont recall seeing you on the "Value Investing"thread, its one of the best in SI(if not the best), well worth a visit. Scott
