USA exports are booming True. There are buyers lined up wall to wall to buy any houses which are sold. Not at all. A homebuilder in California is holding a 50% off sale in an attempt to get rid of hundreds of homes. This is not what one sees when sellers are in control. The housing peak was well over two years ago. And the bursting is ongoing; we are about 1/3 of the way done. China's GDP is growing at 8%. That will change when global recession hits. China's real estate and stock markets are immensely bubblefied, and bubbles inevitably and predictably burst. This is also preordained, prophesied, signed, sealed and delivered in the fullness of time. In fact the predicted bursting of the Chinese bubbles has given me a very nice 30+% profit in a fortnight via FXP. I may partake again of the juicy detritus left by this bursting bubble. As our great and estimable idol Uncle Al KBE... Not my idol. A foolish and opaque charlatan who singlehandedly handed us this financial crisis, though I have recently seen him in a different light, a more grateful one, as I can now take leveraged short positions via ETFs and profit from his lack of judgments. What Uncle Al did to global financial markets and therefore the global economy is an abomination even you will one day recognize. Many innocents will suffer and suffer significantly thanks to him.
