It is a good sign too. The company is selling one of its product line. On the flip side, it might have huge cash-flow problem too. VRTY never made any money almost since its IPO. Instead it has been in some la-la land and has been acquiring companies. Now reality strikes in and it has to download some of its baggage to go further. Another scenerio is that the potential buyer might look at the other products of VRTY and will be willing to buy that too. I am not sure how popular is WAH. Let us see how things turn out.
