A bunch of researchers will be employed, they will run around with devices and measure stuff for a while, write some useless papers. Then some dude who proposed the design 40-50 years ago will win a Nobel Prize in Physics, if he is still alive, and I have no clue who that would be. Then... stuff will get built elsewhere... but not until the bunch of researchers drain all the governments that funded this important project for what all of them combined are worth. -ggg- Nevertheless, I'm pretty sure it will work -ggg-
