I think the fall in the price when this was announced says it all. This stock used to trade for over $10 about ten years ago Then they got kicked off the NAZ for bad accounting and inflating their profits. Ever since then there have been various attempts to get back on track, but none of them worked and the price went down and down. They were supposed to have a good customer base, but they don't seem to earn much from them.
