Digicel didn't have a licence to build in Timor. Want me to staty put in Papua New Guinea. I dropped the deal. Returned to Brazil. Tomorrow flying to Benin Republique. Back to Africa to spread civilization via building of networks. It is with MTN. Operations they've got when they bought Investcom. Now we go there and will expand real good.
