Bush-Cheney deliberately lied us into Iraq. What Clinton though didn't matter. Six moths before the invasion, the CIA told Bush-Cheney Saddam had no WMD and their response was "we don't take, this is about regime change". But they told congress, the UN and the American people just the opposite. And idiots like you still believe their obvious lies.

Clinton's 1998 bombing campaign against Iraq successfully destroyed any last vestige of WMD sites in Iraq. But almost all of them were actually destroyed in 1992. Plus Bush kicked the UN inspectors out and they were on their way to confirming Saddam had no WMD. Busbh didn't want that confirmned, he wanted to invade, even though he had no plan for what to do once we got there.
