Claiming that Presidents and VP's raise or lower energy prices is an economically ignorant accusation.

What happened back in the 80's is irrelevant.

It would be if your primitive view of economics was valid.

Reagan was not directly tied to Big Oil and OPEC the way GW and Cheney are.

Really? Bush the elder was a successful oil man. He made a fortune in the industry before entering politics.
