LIAR. It is proven Bush can fix oil prices. Bob Woodward wrote in his book on Bush that he witnessed Prince Bandar of Saudi Arabia offer GW Bush lower oil prics during the election season if he wanted them. Bush turned it down. He had no interest in lowering oil prices. High oil prices benefit Bush-cheney directly and all their closest cronies.

Also remember Bush's pledge in 2000 "I will jawbone OPEC to bring down oil prices".

Instead, prices have almost tripled under Bush.
