Poor wording on my part. I intended no slight or insult.

The paperwork that goes to the US Embassy overseas comes back certifying that the status of citizenship is the same as if the baby was born in the US proper.

I'm familiar with it because I went through the process when my daughter was born at Tachikawa Air Base in Japan.

Maybe we can find something else to unseat McCain? <G>
