No need to get into a who was here first but I only post when I have something to say. I know that this is old news but for whatever reason E data put this info back out Today as the aforementioned press release would indicate. By the way I have ontime quotes since this is what I do for a living. My guess is that E Data is trying to stir the pot a little by reminding everyone of who is being sued and who was so smart as to settle. BTW the last trade was posted at 4:03 and was at $2.75.
