News today on BRLC. The problem seems to be construction delays at the Olympics facilites which has resulted in BRLC not being able to deliver TVs:

Syntax-Brillian shares tumbled Monday after the flat-panel maker delayed its fiscal second-quarter results, while Research In Motion climbed on a BlackBerry deal with Vodafone. The Nasdaq Composite Index advanced in the wake of Yahoo's Microsoft rejection.

Syntax-Brillian lost 33 cents, or 15%, to $1.94 on the Nasdaq Stock Market after it said it needs more time to complete its financial statements. It also said that a large order of LCD televisions is on hold because of construction delays at the Beijing Olympics facilities.
