Originally I bought in because of the technology it's true but I was also placing a bet on a lawsuit. They were in court with Sony for infringement.

Winning the suit popped the stock, I wrote calls against half when it was 15 & lost it as it went to the 20 dollar area.

So the rest is essentially free, and I wanted to turn the balance of the trade into a long term capital gain. Make the accountant happy for once.

That of course did not play out to my benefit but I think it has more to do with the market than the stock.

Anyway, in spite of the fact that it sounds like a daytrade gone bad I hung in with the shares because I think it's a value play.

However, like all stock that I hold for the long term I've forgotten details that true believers know.

Similar to NUAN, which I believe you follow as well.
