TIMING & INTENT & ANTICIPATION: The recent shares issued. The $125M line of credit. All released just before Q4, EoY and Q1 reports due soon. Pretty dicey stuff for market to digest. IMHO I see these activities as ACII moving ahead on a plan to advance ACII as a business, not a personal agenda wealth plan for management as has been suggested on this board.
Nevertheless I believe ACII is well aware of the market reaction to this press and the its exposure to questions & misunderstanding along with market reactions that maybe taken less than positive vis'a'vis PPS. IMHO, to the contrary, that is why I am particularly looking forward to seeing the financial reports showing a positive counter balance (w/my fingers crossed) to all this vis'a'vis PPS.
i.e. Lines of credit can be said to be linked to an examination of anticipated revenue. We may not be getting in on all the information we would like on ACII, but the bank did, and they apparently liked what they saw to approve the credit line. Especially in this difficult credit market. Furthermore, as much as I am looking forward to impressive financial reports, the bonus kick for me in all this is that: the reports may show historic improvement but along and withstanding a line of credit that looks to the future.
