these events have become an almost constant drumbeat (which may actually be my real message) Hector's strategy seems to be really working as intel no longer enjoys the tremendous pricing power over AMD that it once had...AMD's fourth quarter was far better than was expected largely due to this. the more legal actions against intel, the better it is for AMD
