Insider holdings: Paul Motengo, CEO owns 10% or over 650,000 shares Director of Brewing, Jeremiah Hennessy owns over 10% or over 659,000 shares Louis Habash and his Assi Investment Firm own about 10% or over 625,000 shares and has warrants for which Assi Investment can purchase up to 3.2 million additional shares. These warrants are exercisable anytime after 10/8/97. The concept is excellent. The fundamentals have fallen into place and look good. The TA is looking better and better. The insiders are holding and it is to their advantage to buy at these low prices.. Think I'll buy more.. bw, hector Think I'll buy more at these very low prices...
