Perhaps. I just sold off a Tech as a matter of fact. As I read more & more about this "Buffet Rallye" I see where the guarantee is extended to Muni Bonds & not the CDOs & such. Not much to cheer about there. Makes me a bit cautious short term, I need to see the SPX roll past 1370 or so before I'll feel more comfortable about overall upside.
