Another Whatever post.. A new kitchen counter is being stalled today, Quartz and what a mess the house is so I am on my way to the Chinese Restaurant for take out and hear a psychiatrist on the radio talking about how wonderful exercise is for you.. That is actually cures a lot of mental problems like depression. My one therapist used to say he would not treat anyone for depression UNLESS THEY WALKED a mile a day and this is going back to the seventies... So it is not an old wives tale. And elder people... not old... are benefited too from the brain being cleared and less Alzheimer's and Senility... He was very convincing.. Tomorrow the gym as today has not been productive at all and what a mess to clean up here. Rambi that pictures if very flattering.... And I put that music cite on PBS there for you and other's who love the Classics... and the now deceased artists.. I think it will direct you to U TUBE too. Come visit me here in Florida anyone. The new kitchen is going to be spectacular.
