Apparently the lenders have been caught this time around -- with a whole lotta "stuff" hidden in various pants pockets and actually slipped seruptitiously into other peoples pockets -- now the lenders inginuity caught up with'm and theres a mess of other well-intentioned honest folks finding they can't borrow money...!!!!!!! Freeze-up is more then just the weather -- Volker is a fascinating character in the recent history of the markets -- hope another one pops up the next time we face hyper inflation...
