Dan Lawrence: Did the Appeal happen yet and if so, what are the results? Appeals usually have to occur rather quickly.

Also, given the recent trading history and the possibility that someone might have to provide >4.5 mil tradeable shares, wouldn't there be some interest in the stock and upward price pressure?

Many of us need an assessment from the company of what is happening. Please help us out here, as the Struthers/Wincom investment relations person.
