I come from a very-very high level Christian background. I also got an extremely sophisticated education in not only Christianity but world religions. So I know the difference between a phony Christian who supports war, greed and hatred, and one who follows Christ's teachings which was all about love, peace, tolerance and care for the downtrodden. If you want examples of real Evangelical Christians look at Jimmy Carter, Billy Graham and Johnny Cash, though Cash was always fighting off his demons. The most phony Christians are GW Bush, Tom Delay, Anne Coulter, Reverend Haggard, Pat Robertson, Jim Bakker, Jimmy Swaggart, Ralph Reed and Oral Roberts. All immoral con artists taking the Lord's name in vain for personal gain.
