Samsung SCORPIO... This is one of their embedded FRAM products. Its a 32bit MCU with a FRAM option for replacing ROM and/or SRAM on the SoC. Its an ASIC from 2001 but I don't know what the application is. It doesn't look like a metering or data logger IC. It looks like some sort of general appliance or industrial equipment type of product that makes minimal use of FRAM's capability: data.aijisystem.com 0\|0
