Thanks for the Ascend information, I heard they also had problems digesting Cascade. The question is are they now fairly valued and ready to move up?

Dialogic reports on the 15th after the market closes. Conference call on the 16th. I would certainly like to see a good earnings surprise. However, I believe it is more due to the recent run-up in voice over the Internet related stocks, i.e.
VocalTec. Dialogic is definitely best of breed in the industry, I hope they can
maintain this level but I have protection with a S/L.
