Depends on what you mean by "this."

If you mean the breakdown of the 47 million uninsured, the thread discussed it at some length a while back. It was right after Mankiw's article in the NYT, as I recall. I researched all the numbers then to validate them--it took some effort--and don't particularly want to redo it just to satisfy you.

I would be interested, though, in finding out from you why you are doubtful or bothered about them. I don't understand why you are averse to breaking down the 47 million number into more meaningful components. It seems pretty obvious to me that the gross number is useless for finding fixes to the health care problem and that we need to look at the components if we are to do anything about the uninsured.

If it turns out that you have some legitimate reservation about pursuing the components that I could understand, I might be willing to re-engage a discussion of the legitimacy of the breakdown.
