Wow, they took a Phenom that runs at a stock 2.3GHz and managed a MAX overclock of 2.5GHz. Not even a 10% overclock. It mirrors what you see on the XS boards, the vast majority can't break 2.6GHz. That is unbelievably bad overclocking performance.

The Phenom has no headroom. AMD is pushing the Phenom almost to its limits just to reach the pathetic stock clockspeeds it is at. There isn't a single current Intel processor that overclocks so badly, indeed there isn't a single current Intel CPU that doesn't do several times better.

The Phenom is an utter and complete failure.
