shane: I don't think we can reasonably assume what these Preferred shares mean as it relates to potential common O/S.

Walther, Rutkowski and Schwanitz also hold a significant number of common shares (~40M). So they have ~295M voting power at this time. In order to gain control of the company, a person (or entity) must have 75% of the voting securities. Marc, Ed and Mark, at current levels, will have 75% all the way up to ~393M shares . They can always grant themselves more Preferred if the common goes above that level.

We'll just to have to watch how they continue to use shares to pay down debt. Plus, if they go after an acquisition, that will most likely use more shares.
