I'm speaking more of the economy. The other stuff drives me nuts as well but this country is close to having an economic come to Jesus event. We could face the worst economic crisis since the Carter years and it could even get considerably worse than that. When you have banks willing to delay the foreclosure process that tells you just how large the scope of this event could be. They know its going to cost them more to foreclose and sit on the property (as it declines in value) than it will to negotiate with the consumer to find a way to keep them in the property. Thats a tell - and its an ugly one
