So you invade a country based on a leader's aspirations?????? Gosh golly, the USA better get busy and invade every fricken country out there. Fact of the matter is the IAEA was on top of Iraq's covert nuclear program and had disabled it way befor early 2000. There was NO capability, nor was there any significant program in place to develop any such capability. This was the BIG LIE of the misadministration that sucked in suckers like you.
