'Many markets are slowly stabilizing or moving up ?' This is all just manipulated data for the sheep.. Get real comps or price drops for exact homes priced to move in the specific hood for the real story.. Real estate is still local by neighborhood but the financing issues are national Some places the drops have been incredible just since Fall 2007.. Now condo conversion disasters all sold at the top via toxic loans with unpaid HOA's on most units are now unfinanceable will have the biggest percentage loss from the top when all is said and done..
