A person who doesn't know if water boarding is torture, doesn't know what the meaning of "is" is, doesn't have a moral compass. I'm sure McCain will say he voted against the bill for some other reason since he's spoken out so forcefully against the immorality of torture and water boarding. “People who have worn the uniform and had the experience know that this is a terrible and odious practice and should never be condoned in the U.S. We are a better nation than that.” The Spanish Inquisition used water boarding...
