The earlier discussion on this talked about reducing emissions to 80% below 1990 levels. I didn't interrupt the discussion but thought it ridiculous to think that we could ever do that. Now you're talking about emissions to 80% of 1990 levels, which is somewhat more reasonable.

So I'm confused. Which is the magic number?
