"What's nasty and anti-American about it?" It was nasty to imply that America is providing a brutal model for Tyrants to happily follow. "If anybody is doing anything nasty and anti-American it is those who are making excuses for waterboarding." Your opinion on that has nothing to do with the discussion on Torture laws in the USA and whether or not McCain has voted for torture. Torture is illegal in the USA and McCain has not voted to make it legal. Period.
