The only swing thought I have anymore is running a timer in my head going tick tock to tempo out my swing. Biggest place I get in trouble and it's extremely common is the transition from back swing to down swing. I can get a bit jumpy on that transition and then the swing is shot. It's like I'm slow and smooth back and the trigger goes off in my brain and screams HIT IT and I just lunge into the downswing in an attempt to cream the ball.
