Rush just said 35% of the Federal Budget is now spent on health benefits for senior citizens. In light of that fact, it seems foolish to get all bent out of shape over $200,000,000 for a road in Ak.

Besides, Nancy Pelosi has solved the earmark problem. She changed the name to congressionally directed benefits.
