The FISA bill has been halted in an attempt by Democrats to remove the clauses that legally protect telecom cos. Those companies have cooperated with gov surveillance of terrorists overseas telephone calls into the USA. The telecom cos have helped protect the lives of American citizens from terrorist attacks since 2001.

Are you proud, Kenneth, of the fact your fellow trial lawyers have bribed senators Obama & Clinton with huge campaign contributions in the expectation of payback on the FISA bill? Are you equally proud, Kenneth, that American trial lawyers want the ability to sue those same telecom cos for their cooperation in protecting the lives of Americans against terrorist attacks? Your fellow citizens await your reply.
