@Saifun What surprises me a bit is, that we don't hear anything about Saifun. Seems like the whole (slow, but normal) legal process is working, which should be finally in place when the Q1 numbers will be reported. At least thats what I expect -> probably two columns -> one without SFUN and one with.
So, final cash injection ->
" cash distribution of approximately $6.05 per share in cash based on Saifun's current capitalization ... each outstanding share of Saifun common stock would receive in the merger remains 0.7429 shares of Spansion common stock "
investor.spansion.com
After the merger: Saifun shares = 31,512 => 23,4 Mio. new SPSN shares
Cash Out = 6,05 x 31,512 = 190,5
September 07 Saifun: Cash = 54,733 Short-Term Inv. = 7,590 Market Sec. = 76,835 + 95,669
-> Sum = 234,822 -> Cash in into SPSN = 234,8-190,5 = 44,3 - fees. -> I expect payments of at least 10Mio. => cash-in should be around 35Mio. -> virtual Q4 end SPSN cash => 450
(cash-in pays around 3/4 of a quarter cash-burn)
