Gino You may find yourself more comfortable on Michael Burry's thread. exchange2000.com Your philosophy would fit in well there. If this company were U.S. based, the lawyers would have been all over it by now. I hope the Canadian authorities will take an interest. But I think that it's caveat emptor on the Toronto exchange. Personally, I'm finished with Canadian stocks. Leo
