Feels kinda funny responding to a message this belatedly ... however ... I wasn't aware this thread was out here. I attended the AGM meeting ... and I distinctly recall Dale saying the Turtleback properties had been acquired by a "management group" as they had not been successful in finding another buyer for the properties ... and the properties were "geographically inconvenient" vis a vis the other Maxam properties. 1.) Anyone know what the Mgmt. group paid Maxam for these properties? 2.) Anyone concerned a Maxam asset was spirited away for little or nothing for the Maxam shareholders? Don't flame me now ... just curious! <G>
