No not even on that topic.

Obviously if your facing severe punishment (whether or not you actually committed the crime), your going to want the justice system to go easy on you. But that doesn't mean you want it to go easy on people in general.

And that's not just conservatives. Most liberals would want the justice system to go easy on them, but not to go easy on someone who victimized them or someone they care about. Almost everyone would think that way whether they are liberal, conservative, or neither.
