Funny stuff! (Especially since the A.C.P. did not call for that --- but only to take it off of schedule I. The O.N.D.C. appears to spinning for effect here. :-)

Yet ANOTHER fake argument, delivered as a public lie --- since the Deputy Director certainly knows that the FDA has *no* regulatory authority over non-patentable, natural herbs. (And, even if Congress were to change the FDA's regulatory beat specifically to cover natural herbs... the D.D. *also* certainly knows that the D.E.A.'s authority to restrict all research in this area supercedes the FDA's writ. :-)

Funny stuff from Big Brother! It all sounds so reasonable and sweet... yet is full-tilt SPIN, lies, and manipulation. :-)
